加味尼-塔-4汤中紫草TLC鉴别研究

TLC Identification of Arnebia Root in Modified Ni-ta-4 Soup

目的：建立加味尼-塔-4汤中紫草的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法：采用两种流动相对尼-塔-4汤中的紫草进行定性鉴别。结果：采用乙醇加热回流2小时，以异辛烷-乙酸乙酯-冰乙酸（15：7：5）为展开剂，进行薄层色谱的方法鉴别，专属性强。结论：方法可行，重现性好，能准确检测加味尼塔4汤中的紫草。

Aim： to establish a method for TLC identification of Arnebia Root in Modified Ni-ta-4 soup. Methods： Two developers were adopted for analysis. Results： Heated with ethanol refluxing for two hours, analysis was camSed out using isooetane - ethyl acetate - glacial acetic acid as developer for identification by TLC. Conclusion： The method was reproducible and could be used for the testing of Amebia Root in Modified Ni-ta-4 soup.
