HPLC法测定康妇灵片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量

Determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Kangfuling Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立康妇灵片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法；方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以氨基键合硅胶为填充剂，以乙腈-无水乙醇-3％磷酸溶液（82：5．5：12．5）为流动相，检测波长为220nm；结果：该制剂中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱量分别在0．191～1．528μg和0．136～0．682μg范围内线性良好，其平均回收率分别为99．73％和96．96％，其RSD分别为1．13％和1．44％；结论：该方法简便、快速、准确，可用于康妇灵片的含量测定。

Objictive：To establish a method for determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Kangfuling Tablets; Method：The HPLC was developed for the determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Kangfuling Tablets on Spherisorb-amino linkage silicagel column,using acetonitrrile-ethanol-3% phosphate acid （82：5.5：12.5） as mobile phase,220nm detection wavelength;Result：The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.191 - 1.528 μ g for matrine,The average recovery was 99.73% and RSD was 1.13% ,The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.136 - 0.682 μ g for oxymatrine,The average recovery was 99.96% and RSD was 1.44%; Conclusion：The method is convenient,rapid and accurate,can used for controlling quality of Kangfuling Tablets.
