RP—HPLC法测定其木德玛汤中没食子酸的含量

摘要 目的:测定其木德玛汤中没食子酸的含量。方法:没食子酸含量分析采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:流动相为乙腈-含0.1%5-乙胺的0.1%磷酸溶液(1:99),检测波长273nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果:样品中没食子酸达到基线分离;没食子酸在0.0605-0.2117μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率为98.98%(1LSD-0.56%)。结论:所建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、具有实用性。 Objective: To develop a method for determination of gallic acid in Qimudema soup. Methods: Gallic acid was analyzed on an Apollo C18 column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile, 0.1% phosphate acid solution containing 0.1% and triethylamine ( 1:99 ). The detection wavelength was 273 nm and the flow rate of 1.0ml/min. Results: The linearity was good over the range of 0.0605-0.2117 μ g (r =0.9998 ). The average recovery was 98.98% (n=9). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of gallic acid in Qimudema soup.
