摘要 大豆异黄酮是一类存在于豆类食物中的植物雌激素,由于其类雌激素样作用,富含大豆异黄酮豆类食品因其对心血管、骨质疏松及癌症等病具有防治作用而倍受学者关注,本文就大豆异黄酮对这些方面在流行病学、动物实验和临床试验的最近几年的研究进展情况作一概述。 Sovbean isoflavones are a group of phytoestrogen that are closely related to our daily life. Recent studies show that soybean isoflavones have estrogen-like biological activities. Soybean isoflavones play important roles in reducing risk of developing cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, cancer, Alzheimer's disease and climacteric disease. This article reviewed research advancement on soybean isoflavones in resent years.
