西吉德-朱瓦中大黄素含量测定的研究

Content Determination of Emodin in Xijide-Zhuwa

目的：采用高效液相色谱法研究建立西吉德-朱瓦中大黄中有效成分大黄素含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法，C18色谱柱，检测波长254nm，对西吉德-朱瓦蒙成药中大黄素含量，进行了系统的方法学考察，在大量试验的基础上，制定出切实可行的含量测定方法。结果色谱峰分离效果好，精密度，回收率等系统试验均符合要求。结论方法可靠，重复性好，可以很好的控制制剂的质量并为传统蒙成药的质量标准研究提供了科学依据和研究思路。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of emodin in Xijide-Zhuwa by HPLC. Methods： Emodin was analyzed on a C18 column with the detection wavelength of 254nm. Results： The method had good chromatographic specificity, precision and recovery. Conclusion： The established method is reliable and can better control the quality of the preparation.
