Clinical Application of Yunnan Baiyao in the Treatment of Cervical Erosion

云南白药在临床上用于多种出血症的治疗，且效果满意。作者就云南白药在治疗宫颈糜烂的临床应用情况、应用方式及相关反应作一综述。

Objective To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in Swertia mileensis T.N.Ho etW.L. Shi. Methods The extraction of total flavonoids was chosen as the assessment index. Volume of water,extracting time and times were the studing factors. The extraction process was optimumized with the orthogonal design using spectrophotometric to determine total flavonoids content at 490nm wavelength. Results The optimum ethanol extracting process conditions were as follows ： adding 18 fold of water extraction two times, heating for 3 horn＇s, The rutin standard sample showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.008--0.048mg. The average recovery was 99.72%and RSD was 0.29%. Conclusion The optimum extradion process of total flavonoids in Swertia mileensis T. N.Ho etW.L.Shi.was reliable, easy and accurate which can be used for the total flavonoids extraction of Swertia mileensis T.N.Ho etW.L.Shi.
