Analysis of Three Cases of Adverse Reactions Caused by Yinzhihuang Injection

目的：了解茵栀黄注射液不良反应的发生情况及相关因素，为临床用药提供参考。方法：根椐2008年5月我院传染科连续上报的三例茵栀黄不良反应，跟踪病历对几例不良反应进行分析。结果：在三例不良反应中与茵栀黄注射液使用剂量等有关，临床表现严重。结论：提倡在合理使用中药注射剂的时候，加强用药监测，避免ADR的发生。

Objective： To learn the status and relevant factors of adverse reactions caused by Yinzhihuang injection. Methods： Three cases of adverse reactions of the injection were successively reported and analyzed in the department of infectious diseases of our hospital in May of 2008. Results： The adverse reactions were serious and closely relevant to the administrated dosage. Conclusion： To avoid occurrence of ADR, it is advisable to strengthen drug monitoring in using traditional Chinese medicine injections.
