目的：综述近年来1型糖尿病动物模型的几种建立方法。方法：主要对1型糖尿病动物模型建立的方法与技术进行综述和评价。结果：1型糖尿病动物模型主要可分为诱发性1型糖尿病动物模型、自发性1型糖尿病动物模型、转基因动物模型等。结论：上述三种动物模型的建立方法各有优缺点，诱发性1型糖尿病动物模型价格低廉，可操作性强，成为目前研究1型糖尿病的最主要动物模型。自发性糖尿病模型减少了人为因素，更接近人类疾病的发病过程，是一种较理想的糖尿病模型。转基因动物模型还处于研究阶段，如果将它们和其他分子生物学技术结合起来，可能会从根本上揭示糖尿病产生的分子机制。
