泉州半城市化特征与机制研究

Quanzhou semi-urban research of the characteristics and mechanisms

随着工业化、城市化和全球化的继续发展,在许多城市及其外围地区出现一种社会经济结构变化激烈,城乡土地利用混杂交错的过渡性区域,国内外的学者把它称为"半城市化地区"。本文在对半城市化理论回顾的基础上,结合近几年来泉州城市发展的状况,通过实地调查和研究,分析泉州城市发展过程中的半城市化现象,重点分析半城市化的特征和动力机制,并提出泉州今后城市发展的对策。

In the process of industrialization and urbanization,there appeared some semi-urban areas in between many cities and their outskirts,where the social and economic structure change intensely,and the land is used either as that of the city planning or country farming.This article first reviews the theory of semi-urban,analyzes the status of urban development of Quanzhou in recent years.Via field surveys and studies,this article then explores semi-urban phenomenon in Quanzhou,points out the semi-urban-oriented features and dynamic mechanism,and propose the strategies for future urbanization in Quanzhou.
