我省高职教育存在的问题及对策思考

Problems of higher vocational education in our province and Countermeasures

近些年,我省高职教育的发展已进入"快车道"。但在发展的热潮中,也存在一些问题,诸如投入偏少、规模偏小、教学质量不高、现有的师资不能满足人才培养的需要等。这些问题如不及时解决,将极大地影响我省高职教育的良性发展。发展我省高职教育必须立足现实,进一步增强自身实力,面对实际困难和问题,积极采取对策,创新管理形式和人才培养模式,走出一条可持续健康发展的道路。

In recent years,the development of higher vocational education in our province has entered a＂fast track.＂However,the upsurge in the development,there are some problems,such as input too few,small-scale quality of teaching is not high,and the existing teachers can not meet the needs for training qualified personnel.If these problems are not solved in time,will greatly affect the sound development of higher vocational education in our province.The development of vocational education in our province must be based on reality,and further enhance its strength,to face practical difficulties and problems,take active measures,innovative forms of management and personnel training mode, out of a sustainable and healthy development.
