构建“校企合一”、“工学双全”的职场化教育新模式——以电子商务人才培养为例

作为职场化教育新模式,"校企合一"、"工学双全"模式继承、深化、发展和完善了校企合作办学模式和产学结合培养方式,它突破传统职业教育中的校企合作的障碍和瓶颈,实现校企合作创新、实训模式创新和双师培养创新等。与理工专业特点不同,对经、管、贸等专业而言,以职场化电子商务人才培养为例,通过明确功能定位、创新管理体制、营造职场环境和设计项目内容等,构建实用、有效的"校企合一"、"工学双全"模式,这是新时期创办特色高等职业院校、突破高等职教传统模式、保持领先与可持续发展的一种有益探索。

As a new vocational education mode,College-Enterprise Integration and integration of work and study develop the College-Enterprise Co-education mode and the industry-college education mode.This mode breaks the obstacles of college-enterprise integration in the traditional vocational education,obtains the innovation in college-enterprise cooperation,practical training and teacher with dual qualifications.As to the majors of economics,management and trade,which is different from the majors of science,the cultivation of E-business talents should clarify functions and positions,innovate the management systems,create vocational environment and designing projects,etc.to construct a practical and effective ＂college-enterprise integration＂ and ＂integration of work and study＂ mode.This is an exploration in running the high vocational schools with specialty,changing the traditional mode and keeping ahead and sustainable development.
