中小型台资企业融资困境化解渠道——基于两岸股权柜台交易中心建立

On the Financing in the Small to Medium Sized Enterprises-Based on the Establishment of Equity Counter Exchange Center in Cross-strait Area

2010年3月,两岸金融建立合作谅解备忘录(MOU)正式生效,两岸金融合作又向前推进一大步,ECFA签订在望,将开启两岸合作新纪元。日前闽台两地就股权柜台交易中心合作事宜达成共识,全面开拓两岸金融合作先行先试示范区,以期能有效化解中小型台资企业融资窘境,促进两岸经济发展。

In March,2010,the Memorandum of Understanding（MOU）takes effect which improves the cross-strait financial cooperation and the sign of ECFA to turn a new chapter of the cross-strait cooperation.At present,we have reached a consensus on the cooperation of counter exchange center,build the demonstration areas,hoping to solve the financing issue in the small to medium sized enterprises and promote the economic development in the cross-strait area.
