摘要
工业生产中,常常需要对某些物体的几何参数进行检查、测量,以检查是否满足质量要求。本文提出了一种利用数码相机测量大型物体几何尺寸的方法。介绍了测量原理、相机成像模型、标定原理以及畸变情况,通过直接线性变换(DLT)标定相机内部参数,结合透镜成像的知识,对采集到的序列图像进行测量,计算出建筑的宽度和高度。实验证明,该方法能够克服传统测量方式的缺点,并且获得较为准确的结果,满足工业测量的要求。
In order to meet the quality requirements,we should check and measure the geometric parameters of objects in industrial. This paper presents a method of measuring the large object's geometric parameters using digital cameras. Introduced the measurement principle,the camera imaging model,calibration principle and aberrations,calibrated the camera's internal parameters using DLT,combined with knowledge of imaging lens,measured the sequence of the collected images to calculate the width and height of the building. Experiments show that this method can This method can overcome the shortcomings of traditional measurement and obtain accurate results,to meet the industrial measurement requirements.
