摘要
本文介绍了测试火工品作用时间常用的几种方法,并对其工作原理进行简单描述。根据我们所要测试的火工品A、B的点火脉冲宽度分别是15ms±0.5ms与3ms±0.2ms,在此设计了一种脉冲测试电路。该电路通过石英晶体多谐振荡器为门控电路提供稳定的开启电压,当脉冲产生十进制同步加法计数器74LS160进行整体置数,7448七段显示译码器输出高电平,驱动共阴极显示器进行显示所测得的时间。系统所测的的脉冲A的数据在14.596~15.423之间,火工品B的数据在2.843~3.207之间,实验数据表明所设计的系统满足测试要求。
This paper introduction several commonly used testing methods and simple description of the working principle. According to the explosive to be tested A,B respectively,the ignition pulse width 15ms ± 0.5ms and 3ms ± 0.2ms,in the design of a pulse test circuit. The circuit through the crystal many to provide a stable gate open circuit voltage,when the pulse generator is a synchronous decimal counter 74LS160 addition to the number of overall home,7448 seven-segment display decoder output high,drivers for common cathode display shows the measured time. System measured data pulse A 14.596 ~ 15.423 in between,pyrotechnics B data in between 2.843 ~ 3.207,the experimental data showed that the designed system meets the test requirements.
