北京国宾酒店结构改造加固技术

REFORM AND STRENGTHENING TECHNOLOGY FOR STRUCTURE OF THE BEIJING GUOBIN HOTEL PROJECT

北京国宾酒店由于使用功能变化，需对原结构进行改造加固，并新增建筑面积。具体作法是混凝土柱采用外包加固，并在四周包角钢。混凝土梁加固中增加了次梁，对主梁采用贴钢板法加强，受拉区焊附加钢筋。在原楼板上下加钢板条，胶粘贴后用对穿螺栓固定，以提高其受力性能。

Functions of the Beijing Guobin Hotel have been varied and changed sometimes,therefore,its original structure needs to be reformed and strengthened with its floor space increased accordingly.The practical measure is to get its columns all externally consolidated and reinforced with steel angles fixed firmly at their four corners.Besides,secondary beams should be added to increase the strength of those principal beams which have been reinforced with steel plate attachment method and with additional bars welded at their tension region.Furthermore,there are additional steel plates and strips fixed on top and bottom side of the original floors and fixed tightly by through bolts so that their strength bearing capacity could be increased considerably.
