聚磷酸三聚氰胺/有机蒙脱土阻燃改性LDPE 被引量:5

摘要 以聚磷酸三聚氰胺(MPP)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)为阻燃体系对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)进行阻燃改性。结果表明,当LDPE,MPP,OMMT的质量比为100/25/5时,所得的LDPE/MPP/OMMT复合材料阻燃级别可达到UL94V-1,氧指数达28.2%,LDPE/MPP/OMMT的阻燃性能优于LDPE/MPP和LDPE/OMMT的,MPP与OMMT协同效应提高了LDPE的阻燃性能。 The flame retardant system of melamine polyphosphate(MPP)/organic mont- morillonite (OMMT) was applied to modify LDPE. The results show that when the mass ratio of I.DPE, MPP and OMMT is 100/25/5, the flame retardant of LDPE/MPP/OMMT composite reaches a level of UL94V-1 and its oxygen index is 28.2%. The flame retardant properties of LDPE/MPP/OMMT is better than that of LDPE/MPP and LDPE/OMMT, because synergism between MPP and OMMT improves the flame retardant properties of LDPE/MPP/OMMT composite.
