摘要
针对油田防汛系统中的关键问题,建立了某特大型油田防洪防汛智能决策支持系统。采用多Agent理论与方法,讨论了多Agent技术在库群防洪优化调度中的应用,并用油田辖区的相关水泡子建立了神经网络数字模型并提供了一个新的降雨量预测方法,应用计算机网络技术与GSM无线通信技术,扩大了防汛调度决策支持系统的调度范围。
To solve the key problems in oil field flood prevention system, the paper create a giant oil field flood prevention intelligent decision support system, it use the theory and method of the multi-agent, discuss the use of multi-agent technology in multi-reservoir flood prevention dispatching system, and create neural net digital model utilizing blister in the area of oil field, provide a new method in calculation of the rainfall, it use computer network technology and GSM wireless communication technology, broaden the dispatching range of the flood prevention dispatching system.
