摘要
为了节约水资源,国内很多电厂采用城市中水或其他废水石灰混凝处理后用作循环水的补充水源。石灰混凝处理会产生大量含有碳酸钙的废渣,如抛弃处理不仅污染环境,还将造成资源的浪费。为此,对某电厂矿井水石灰处理废渣成分、细度和活性进行测试,对其作为脱硫吸收剂的可行性进行了分析。通过中试试验,验证了废渣用作脱硫吸收剂的可行性,为项目的实施奠定了基础,也为国内同类型电厂提供参考。
To save water, mid-water or other waste water from lime coagulation treatment was used as the supplementazT water resource of the circulating water in power plants. Discarding solid waste containing CaCO3 obtained from the lime coagulation treatment will cause not only the environmental pollution but also the waste of resource. The component, fineness and activity of the waste-sludge have been analyzed. The feasibility of the waste-sludge used as the desulfurization absorbent has been studied based on industlT experiment, which paves the way for the implementation of the project and provides advices for other power plants.
