“静以养心”自评量表的编制与信度、效度研究

"Adjusting Mind for Calming" Self-rating Inventory and Its Reliability and Validity

目的根据中医理论编制"静以养心"自评量表(AMCSI),并对其信度、效度进行检验。方法选取北京地区科研人员和教师进行现场调查,对回收的有效问卷943份进行探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析及信度和效度检验,并随机抽取30例样本在3个月后重测。结果探索性因素分析支持AMCSI存在"少欲"和"无扰"两个维度。验证性因素分析指标均>0.9,χ2/df、残差均方根指数、近似误差方根为3.529、0.027和0.073。同质性检验两维度和总表的α系数为0.76、0.73和0.82,重测信度均达到0.01显著性水平。内容效度中题目设置形式、结构的合理性、内容的全面性、语言的通俗性及问卷总体均获得较好评价。结论 AMCSI具有可接受的信度和效度指标,是可用于心理养生行为自我评估的工具。

Objective To develop an ＂Adjusting Mind for Calming＂ Self-rating Inventory （AMCSI） according to TCM theory and test its reliability and validity. Methods The cluster sampling site investigation was done on teachers and researchers in Beijing. The 943 samples collected were studied with the exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability-validity tests. Thirty of them were selected randomly for a retest after 3 months. Results Confirmed by exploratory factor analysis,there existed the two dimensions,＂Less Desire＂ and ＂Little Trouble＂ in AMCSI. The confirmatory factor analysis indices were all higer than 0.9,while χ^2/df,root mean square residual,and root mean square error of approximation were 3.529,0.027 and 0.073 respectively. In the homogeneity test,alpha coefficient of two dimensions and summary statement was 0.76,0.73 and 0.82 respectively,and the reliability in the retest was to 0.01,a significant level. Of the validity,the topic establishment form,the structure rationality,the content integrity,the language popularity,and the questionnaire overall were all appraised highly. Conclusion AMCSI is acceptable in reliability and validity,and it can be used to evaluate the behaviors for preserving mental health.
