摘要
基于规则的建筑工程预算系统是对智能预算员(IES)的改良与发展。在分析智能预算员(IES)开发和使用过程中存在问题的基础上,提出该系统的目标;阐述了开发思路和系统的基本功能。该系统通过知识与推理机制的分离增强了系统的可维护性和可移植性;系统的可靠性、实用性和稳定性也得以提高。
The rule based construction cost estimation system is the evolution of the intelligent estimator for Shandong (IES). Based on the analyses of the problems of the IES, the objectives of the system are identified; the technology path and the main functions of the rule based construction estimating system are briefly described. While the reliability, practicability are stability of the system are considerably enhanced, the portability and scalability are greatly improved by means of the separation of the knowledge from the inference mechanism of the system.
