摘要
以上海市长兴造船基地涂装车间地坪为研究对象,开展往复载荷作用下基础板沉降现场试验研究,并基于Mindlin板理论和层状弹性体系理论,考虑基础底板和地基的共同作用,采用有限元法分析层状地基上基础板的沉降。地基的变形计算考虑土体各层土性参数的变化,采用层状弹性体系的Burmister解,其所使用的土性参数弹性模量可由压缩模量和一维回弹模量换算求得。由于压缩模量和一维回弹模量试验确定方法简便,可以通过简单的室内一维加卸载试验确定其随加卸载次数的变化。基于室内有限次加卸载试验结果,通过曲线拟合得到任意次加卸载下的压缩模量和一维回弹模量。在此基础上进一步提出了往复荷载作用下分层地基上基础板沉降的分析方法。
The behavior of the painting plant floor of the Shanghai Changxing Shipbuilding Base was investigated. Under the repeated loading, field tests of settlement of foundation plates were studied. Based on Mindlin plate theory and the theory of layered elastic system, the settlement of plates on layered foundation was calculated by using the finite element method, with the interaction between the plate and soil taken into consideration. Considering the variation of parameters for each of the soil layers, the Burmister solution of multilayered elastic materials was employed to calculate the ground settlement. The modulus of elasticity of the soil can be easily derived from one-dimensional loading and unloading laboratory tests. The constrained modulus and the one-dimensional resilient modulus can be obtained from the results of a finite number of laboratory tests through curve fitting. An analytical method for plate settlement on layered foundation under repeated loading is proposed.
