北沙参超临界二氧化碳萃取物对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响及成分分析 被引量:7

Effects of the SFE-CO_2 extraction from Radix Glehniae on the immune functions of immune-suppressed mice and chemical components analysis

摘要 目的:研究中药北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响及其有效成分。方法:利用环磷酰胺建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,研究北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物对小鼠免疫抑制的影响,并用气-质联用方法分析其化学成分。结果:北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物恢复了免疫抑制小鼠的部分免疫功能;从北沙参SFE-CO2萃取物中鉴定了48种成分,占总量的85.51%,其主要成分为镰叶芹醇(36.23%)、黄葵内酯(12.49%)、2,6-十六烷基-1-(+)-抗坏血酸酯(10.41%)、Tricyclo[3.1.0.0(2,4)]hexane,3,3,6,6-tetracyclopropyl-(6.81%)、角鲨烯(3.94%)等。结论:北沙参的SFE-CO2萃取物具有一定的免疫调节作用,所用方法为北沙参的合理开发利用提供了科学依据。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects on the immune functions of immune-suppressed mice and chemical components of the SFE CO2 extraction from Radix Glehniae. METHODS Using cyclophosphamide to establish immunosuppressed mice model and the effects of the SFE extraction on it was studied; The GC/MS technique was employed to analysis the SFE extraction. RESULTS The SFE extraction restored part of the immunological function in immuno-suppressed mice. There were 48 components from Radix Glehniae separated and identified, representing 85. 510% of the total peak area. The main chemical components are falcarinol (36.23 %), ambrettolide ( 12. 49 % ), 1-( + )-ascorbic acid 2,6 dihexadecanoate ( 10. 41% ), tricyclo [3.1.0.0(2,4)]hexane, 3,3,6,6-tetracyclopropyl- (6. 81%) and spinacen (3.94%). CONCLUSION The SFE extraction has a certain immune modulation effects, the methods used provides a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of the Radix Glehniae.
