轴类件差温加热温度场理论计算的数学模型

摘要 通过分析导热过程的微分方程和单值性条件,给出了辐射换热条件下轴类件差温加热时温度场计算模拟的数学模型,并论证了解的收敛性。利用根据此数学模型编制的计算机辅助设计程序计算了150mm×220mm和1250mm×5150mm支撑辊的加热过程,结果与实测结果接近。 A shaft is differential heated in a high temperature furnace mainly through the radiant heat exchange. A mathematical model on the theoretical calculation about temperature zone of a differential heating shaft under radiant condition is set up by analysing the differential equation of conduction and single valued condition; and it's convergence is proved. With the aid of CAD program, composed with these formulas, the temperature zone of heating φ 150mm×220mm specimen and φ 1250mm×5150mm back up roll is calculated. The calculation results are close to those measured.
