摘要
目的:探讨香连栓的制备方法和质量控制标准。方法:黄连采用酸碱法提取,木香采用水提醇沉法提取,并对方中的黄连和木香进行薄层鉴别。结果:采用本法制备的栓剂质量稳定,薄层鉴别重现性好、专属性强。结论:制备方法和薄层鉴别方法合理。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the fragrance of preparation methods and even the quality control standard. METHODS Using acid extraction method for Coptis chinensis Franch; using water extract-alcohol aromatic extraction method for Radices saussureae, and thin layer identification for Coptis chinensis Franch and Radices saussureae in preparation. RESULTS The preparation of this suppository has stable quality, TLC identification is reproducible and it has strong specificity. CONCLUSION The preparation methods and thin layer identification method is reasonable.
