依达拉奉治疗31例急性脑出血临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉治疗脑出血的临床疗效与安全性。方法将64例脑出血患者随机分成两组:依达拉奉组(治疗组)31例和常规治疗组(对照组)33例。对照组根据出血量给予不同剂量的脱水药,控制血压及血糖,并给予脑细胞活化剂及支持、对症治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上,给予依达拉奉30mg,1日2次,共14天。治疗组和对照组分别于入院第1天、治疗后第14天进行中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS)、测定高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),并进行统计学分析,以对比治疗组和对照组治疗效果。结果治疗组CSS在治疗2周时较治疗前显著减少,较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应;hs-CRP较发病时显著下降(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血疗效确切,且无明显不良反应。
