Application of IRT to PDQC-3

目的:考察以CCMD-3人格障碍诊断标准编制的筛查问卷(PDQC-3)中C群人格障碍项目的评估效力,为筛查问卷的进一步修改和精简提供依据。方法:用PDQC-3对1248名大学生施测,应用项目反应理论及其方法,针对C群人格障碍项目集中进行分型项目功能分析和维度项目功能分析。结果:依赖型人格障碍所含11个项目中6个项目评估效力较佳、2个项目中等、3个项目较差;负性体验/依赖维度所含15个项目中5个项目评估效力较佳、8个项目中等、2个项目较差。结论:依赖型人格障碍所含项目作为一个整体可对中等依赖水平的被试提供较为精确的评估,在低水平和高水平依赖特质范围内表现得不够精确;而负性体验/依赖维度所含项目作为一个整体对于中高负性体验/依赖特质水平的被试均能提供较为精确的评估;维度评估能为人格障碍的筛查提供更为丰富的信息。

Objective： To study the assessment power of the items in the Cluster C of Personality Disorder Screening Questionnaire PDQC-3 based on CCMD-3 personality disorder diagnostic criteria and then to provide some advice for further revision and refining of the items.Methods： PDQC-3 was used to survey 1248 college students,and then a categorical and dimensional item function analysis was administered to Cluster C personality disorder items.Results： In PDQC-3,DPD contained 11 items,of which 6 items’ assessment power was good to perfect,2 items’ assessment power reached medium level,and 3 items’ assessment power was poor.Negative experience/dependency dimension had 15 items,of which 5 items’ assessment power was good to perfect,8 items’ assessment power reached medium level,and 2 items’ assessment power was poor.Conclusion： The items of DPD as a whole can provide an accurate assessment to the subjects with medium dependence,but its function at a low level and high level of dependence is not good.And the items of negative experience/dependence dimension as a whole can provide an accurate assessment to the subjects with medium to high level of negative experience/dependence,suggesting that dimensional assessment can provide more information for the screening of personality disorder.
