摘要
目的:考查基层党政干部幸福感的特点及其与人格的关系。方法:本研究选取837名基层党政干部,采用完全本土化的基层党政干部幸福感量表和中国人人格量表进行评定。结果:在自信乐观维度上男性得分显著低于女性得分;在融洽顺心、家庭幸福、自我实现、自信乐观、子女成长以及幸福感总分上,东部地区的被试得分显著高于中部和西部地区的被试,而中、西部被试之间差异不显著;在社会安定维度上,东部地区被试得分显著高于西部地区被试;在融洽顺心维度上,科员被试的得分显著的高于处级和科级被试的得分,已婚被试得分显著高于未婚被试的得分;在事业亲情维度上,科员被试的得分显著低于科级被试的得分;在家庭幸福维度上,离异被试的得分显著低于未婚和已婚被试的得分。回归分析表明人格的处世态度、才干、外向性可以正向预测个体的幸福感水平,而行事风格则可以负向预测其幸福感水平。结论:不同性别、地区、级别和婚姻状况的基层党政干部的幸福感水平存在显著差异;人格特质可以有效预测个体的幸福感水平。
Objective: The research was aimed at exploring personality and happiness of caders in local public administrations.Methods: A total of 855 officials in local governments completed happiness scale for local public administrations and Chinese personality scale(QZPS).Results: Males had higher scores of self-confidence and optimism;officials from east China had higher scores of harmonization,happiness in family,self-actualizing,self-confidence and optimism,children-growing and total scores in happiness than the officials from the west and middle China,but there were no differences between the officials from the west and middle China,in addition,the officials from east China had higher scores of social stability than the officials from west China.Staff members had higher scores of harmonization than the officials of the divisions and the sections,and lower scores of career and intimacy than officials of sections.The married had higher scores than the unmarried;the divorced had lower scores than the unmarried and the married.Stepwise regression analysis showed that ways of life,talents and extraversion could predict happiness positively,and behavior styles could negatively predict happiness significantly.Conclusion: The officials in local public administrations have different levels of happiness;personality traits could predict happiness significantly.
