Choice of way to industrialized agriculture based on the effective use of rural labor force

以农业资源、市场需求为基本约束条件,通过建立多目标、非线性、动态优化模型,研究增加农业劳动机会进而增加农业劳动力收入和农业投资回报的农业产业化经营的路径选择问题.研究表明,通过农业产业链的纵向延伸和横向组合选择农业产业化项目,可有效避免农忙时劳动力缺口大而农闲时闲置等问题,使农业资源得以充分利用、农业劳动力多劳多得、农业投资获得更高回报,有利于种养大户或农业企业实现有效利用劳动力与提高农业投资回报的双赢目标.

Industrialized agriculture covers agricultural production,processing,sales and services,with labor-intensive characteristics,to attract nearby peasant an important carrier of employment income.In this paper,agricultural resources,market demand as the basic constraints,through the establishment of multi-objective,nonlinear,dynamic optimization model,examining the expansion of job opportunities for agricultural laborers through industrialized operation of agriculture.Studies have shown that the adoption of the agricultural industrial chain to extend the vertical and horizontal combinations,to increase job opportunities for the agricultural labor force,effective way to avoid the labor gap in busy seasons and the serious issues such as idle in slack seasons,so that agricultural resource can be effectively used,the rural labor forces can do more farm work to increase their income,the agricultural investors can gain much more return,witch will be beneficial to the rural labor force and the agricultural investors.
