强肌健力方对脾肾两虚大鼠脏器组织超微结构的影响

Effect of Qiangji Jianli Recipe on Organ Ultrastructure in Rats with Spleen-kidney Deficiency

目的:观察强肌健力方对脾肾两虚大鼠的脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺超微结构的影响,及其对脾肾两虚证的改善作用。方法:将SD大鼠60只随机分为正常对照组、模型组、强肌健力组、右归丸组、强肌右归丸组。前期采用大黄复制脾虚模型,后期采用氢化可的松复制肾虚模型,分别给予蒸馏水、强肌健力方、右归丸灌胃。比较各组动物脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺超微结构的改变。结果:正常对照组脾小体中淋巴细胞、胸腺皮质淋巴细胞、肾上腺皮质细胞的超微结构均正常,而模型组大鼠的脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺超微结构均有明显的损伤现象,各用药组均使已受损伤的各脏器的超微结构得以修复,其中强肌右归丸组使受损的各脏器的超微结构恢复到最接近正常水平。结论:强肌健力方对脾肾两虚证大鼠受损的脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺组织具有一定的保护作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Qiangji Jianli Recipe(QJP) on the ultrastructure of spleen,thymus and adrenal glands in rats with spleen-kidney deficiency.Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomized into normal control group,model group,QJP group,Youguo Decoction group and Qiangji Yougui Decoction group.Rat models of spleen-kidney deficiency were induced firstly by oral use of the decoction of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,and then by intraperitoneal injection of hydrocortisone.Af-ter the modeling,the rats in the medication groups were given the corresponding medicine according to the experimental design.At the end of the experiment,the changes of the ultrastructure of spleen,thymus and adrenal glands were compared in all of the groups.Results:Compared with normal control group,the ultrastructure of spleen,thymus and adrenal glands was obviously injured in the model group,but then was improved by the medication of QJP,Youguo Decoction and Qiangji Yougui Decoc-tion.The improvement of organ ultrastructure was obvious in QJP group as compared with that in the other two medication groups.Conclusion:The development of spleen-kidney deficiency from spleen deficiency is moderately advanced.QJP has protective effect on the ultrastrncture of spleen,thymus and adrenal glands in rats with spleen-kidney deficiency.
