New Method for High Accuracy Measuring of Rotation Error

提出一种高精度测量回转运动误差的新方法，即利用多个传感器之间的相位关系、差分、傅里叶级数展开及运算，消除安装偏心及工作形状误差影响。

In this paper, a new measuring method for radial rotation error is presented. This method uses phase between several sensors to do difference, Fourier expansion and computation to eliminate the influence of the workpiece eccentricity and form error. Therefore, we can precisely measure the workpiece rotation error.
