摘要
文化旅游创意产业是文化产业、旅游产业与创意产业三大产业融合发展的新概念、新模式,是提升民族文化旅游业竞争优势的必要途径。创意产业的核心是要有产权制度的保障。本文揭示民族文化旅游创意产业发展与产权保护的内在相关性,并从文化旅游创意的创造、开发、营销和消费等产业价值链各环节探讨产权保护的重点和机理,提出在产权制度下民族文化旅游创意产业发展的思路和对策。
Culture tourism creative industry is a new concept and mode of integrating development of culture industry, tourism industry and creative industry, and it is the essential mean to enhance the competitive advantage of culture tourism industry. The core of the creative industry is the protection of property system. This paper reveals the inherent correlation between the development of national culture tourism creative industry and the property protection. From the industrial value chains, including the creation, development, marketing and consumption of culture tourism ideas, we discuss the focus and mechanism of property protection. Finally, we propose the thinking and measures of the development of national culture tourism creative industry based on property system.
