摘要
对聚乙二醇生产装置的用能问题进行了研究,重点讨论了反应热的回收利用和换热系统的优化。采用时间分段法分析了装置的用能特征,针对间歇操作的特点,提出了利用中间热储罐进行间接热回收的改进工艺,并通过绘制间歇过程冷热物流组合曲线确定了中间热储罐的温位及可回收的热量。研究表明,应用本文方法可实现反应热的回收,工艺能耗显著降低,节能达69%以上。
This case study investigates energy consumption of a polyethylene glycol(PEG)plant,especially concern the utilizing of reaction heat and the optimizing of heat exchange system.The energy characteristics of the plant was analyzed with time segmentation approach.Based on the peculiarity of batch process,a heat storage approach was proposed to recover the reaction heat of the system and the composite curve method was applied to determine the temperature of heat storage and the amount of heat to be recovered.The results showed that the suggested approach could reuse the reaction heat efficiently and has a short payback period.The operating cost of utility could be significantly reduced,a saving of more than 69%could be expected.
