摘要
随着国内外对化学品需求的快速变化和多样化发展,导致化学品生产模式向精细化、小批量、多品种、定制化转变,促使精细化工过程系统工程朝3个方面发展:一要关注产品创新的相关技术,如化学产品工程技术:二要研究实现生产过程灵活组织和调度的技术,设计柔性生产装置及"自适应工厂",以实现对需求的快速反应;三要发展数字化工技术,研究和应用模拟仿真技术,设计和开发数字化工生产过程,更多地基于数学模型进行过程设计、试验和研究、开发,提高工艺过程的研究和设计、开发效率。首先从化学产品工程角度,讨论了产品工程与过程工程的关系,以及复杂配方产品工程的研究内容与研究方法。其次论述了按同类生产工艺在1套生产装置上生产相近的同类精细化工产品,以及按单元操作组合生产多种产品的2种精细化工产品的柔性生产方式,描述了标准型、模块化型、多向连接型和无管路型柔性生产装置的设计方法。最后,给出了基于过程模拟与仿真技术,建立多功能数字化工过程系统需要探索的过程建模、人机界面开发和数据交互等主要研究内容,论述了多功能数字化工过程系统的作用、功能及可进行的虚拟化工过程操作、运行与控制实验。
As the worldwide demands of chemicals are changing rapidly and becoming diversified,the production modes of chemicals are developing towards production of small amount,multi-variety,and customized fine and specialty chemicals.This prompts the Process System Engineering research and development develops towards three directions.The first direction is to pay more attention to the technology of product innovation,such as chemical product engineering.The second direction is to achieve and implement flexible production organizing and scheduling technology,to design flexible production process or adaptive chemical plant,in order to response quickly to the changing market demands.The third direction is to develop digital chemical production technology,such as process simulation technology,and carrying out chemical process design,experiment, research and development based more on process models with much higher efficiency than the tradition chemical process research and development technology.First,the relationship between product engineering and process engineering,and the developing strategy of complex recipe product engineering is discussed from the viewpoint of Chemical Product Engineering.Next,two flexible production modes including producing similar fine and specialty chemicals with similar processing techniques using one production process and producing multiple kinds of fine and specialty chemicals through the restructuring and combination of unit operations are discussed.And the design methods of standard,modular,pipeline manifolds and pipeless multiproduct plant are illustrated.Finally,the usage and function of multi-purpose digital chemical process based on process modeling and simulation technology are presented.The virtual operation,processing and control experiments could be carried out using the multi-purpose digital chemical process are listed in detail.And the main problems to build the multi-purpose digital chemical process including process modeling, development of human-machine interface(HMI)and data exchange are discussed.
