当今中国意识形态的引领和包容

Guidance and Accommodation of China's Contemporary Ideology

现实的社会主义运动决定着夺取了政权的共产党不可能使国家很快地走向消亡,权力的两面性突出地表现了出来。对于中国共产党来说则还有发展市场经济的两难,这就更加要求社会主义意识形态发挥引领和规范作用。今天更需要担心的是意识形态方面的,即我们能不能用中国特色社会主义理想来统领全局,能不能在市场经济条件下坚持共同富裕的目标,党的队伍特别是干部队伍能不能在权力和资本面前坚守自己的信仰与操守。我们在意识形态上有了一个很大的转变,突出地体现在包容性上。现在最为突出的问题是引导不力的问题,这种引导根本上应当是实际利益上的引导,也就是中国特色社会主义建设的制度安排。对于广大群众来说,意识形态的引领还必须十分注意方法。

The socialist movement has determined that the Communist Party that captured the political power won't allow the state to decline,from which the two-sidedness of power can be clearly displayed.For the Communist Party of China,it also faces the dilemma when develop the market economy.It requires that socialist ideology to play a leading and standardizing role.What we worry most is ideology,that is,whether we can lead the whole by the ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,whether we can stick to the goal of common wealth in the condition of market economy,and whether the organization of the party,its leaders in particular,can adhere to their faith and integrity in front of allure of power and capital.At present,the most obvious problem is the weakness of guidance.The guidance should be the one of the actual benefit,that is,the system arrangement in the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
