西柏坡时期是我党马克思主义学习型政党建设历史进程中的一个重要阶段。党在西柏坡时期,学习型政党建设的一个重要任务是开展政策、纪律的学习和教育。毛泽东写了大量文件、批示和电文,为学习型政党建设提供了学习中国化马克思主义的基本教材,全党全军干部中开展的政策、纪律的学习和教育,反对无纪律无政府状态,使整个中国革命运动走上健全发展的轨道。西柏坡时期的实践启示我们:必须持续地多层级多渠道、注重解决党的成熟问题;政策和纪律的学习和教育是建设马克思主义学习型政党的永久性课题。

The period of Xibaipo had been an important period in the historical course in the building of a learning-oriented political party.Dur ing those years,one of the important tasks was to learn about policy and discipline.Mao Zedong had written a large number of docu ments,comments and telegrams,providing basic teaching materials for building a learning-oriented political party.The learning and ed ucation of policies and disciplines helped the revolutionary movement of China running along a healthy track.The practice in Xibaipo has given us such a revelation:emphasis must be placed on solving problems of the party from multi-levels;the learning and education of policy and disciplines are the everlasting proposition in building learning-oriented Marxist political party.
