低收入家庭住房需求特征与住房保障研究——来自广州的实证分析

Analysis of Housing Demands and Housing Security for Low-income Groups——Empirical Study from Guangzhou

采取定性分析与定量研究相结合、理论研究与实证研究相结合的研究方法,以广州低收入住房困难家庭住房普查作为研究的切入点,运用问卷调查、入户访问等方法收集数据,并应用SPSS软件对相关数据进行了分析。通过深度的数据挖掘,获得了对城市低收入住房困难家庭住房状况与需求特征的清晰认识,同时在此基础上,提出了解决低收入家庭住房问题的相关建议。

Aimed to study the housing problems of low income groups,the qualitative and quantitative analysis,as well as the theory and empirical research methodologies are used in this paper.Based on questionnaire investigation and depth interview to the large samples of low income groups in Guangzhou,used the SPSS software to analyses the statistical data,the current housing conditions and housing demands of the low income groups are found in this paper.Finally,focused on above analysis,the relevant suggestions and security policies to resolve the housing problem of low income group are proposed in this paper.
