企业家能力对企业竞争优势的影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Entrepreneurial Ability on Enterprise Competitive Advantage

在分析企业竞争优势理论核心要义基础上,将企业家纳入企业竞争优势的研究范畴,由此提出了企业家能力的衡量体系。同时,通过分析企业家的发现机会能力、配置资源能力、整合资源能力、创新能力、承担风险能力、学习能力与企业竞争优势的关系,建立了企业家能力对企业竞争优势影响的理论模型。最后,结合问卷调查数据,本文运用结构方程模型对理论模型进行了实证检验,并根据计算结果分析了企业家的各项能力对企业竞争优势的具体影响。

On the basis of analyzing the core essence of the competitive advantage theory,this paper put entrepreneurs into the research category of the competitive advantage of enterprises and proposed a measurement system of entrepreneurial ability.Meanwhile,this paper established the theoretical model of entrepreneurial ability impacting the competitive advantage of enterprises by analyzing the relations between competitive advantage and entrepreneur＇s abilities including the ability to discover opportunities,allot resources,integrate resources,innovate,undertake risks and study.Finally,combining the data of survey,this paper empirically tested the theoretical model with structural equation model,and analyzed the specific impacts of the entrepreneur＇s ability on the competitive advantage of enterprises according to calculations.
