嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎27例临床资料分析

Analysis of clinical data about 27 cases of eosinophilic gastroenteritis

目的探讨嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎(Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis,EG)的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法对8年来我院确诊的27例嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎患者均有胃肠道症状,外周血嗜酸粒细胞增高22例(81.4%),临床表现腹痛24例(88.8%)、腹泻13例(48.1%)、恶心、呕吐11例(40.7%)、腹水4例(14.9%),黏膜型21例(77.7%)。结论外周血和腹水中嗜酸粒细胞计数明显增多,胃肠黏膜组织中嗜酸粒细胞浸润是诊断的关键,激素治疗有效。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic gastroenteritis（EG）. Methods Clinical data about 27 patients with EG diagnosed in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients had gastrointestinal symptoms. The number of eosinophil granulocytes was increased in peripheral blood of 22 patients（81.4%）. Abdominal pain occurred in 24 patients（88.8%）, diarrhea in 13 patients（48.1%）, nausea and vomiting in 11 patients（40.7%）, ascites in 4 patients（14.9%）, and mucosal EG type in 21 patients（77.7%）. Conclusion The number of eosinophilic granulocytes increased in peripheral blood and ascites of EG patients. Infiltration of eosinophil granulocytes in gastrointestinal mucosa is the key to the diagnosis of EG. Glucocorticoid is effective for EG.
