The interpretation of Chinese guideline for the treatment of Parkinson's disease

中华医学会神经病学分会在2009年发表了《中国帕金森病治疗指南(第二版)》。该指南根据国内外循证医学证据对于帕金森病治疗的有关内容进行了分析,具体包括药物治疗的原则、开始治疗的时机、选择药物的依据、不同阶段的治疗策略。对于中晚期帕金森病合并运动并发症的治疗进行了详细的总结;提出了治疗帕金森病非运动症状的初步建议;对于帕金森病手术治疗的适应证、时机等进行了分析。

The Chinese guideline of Parkinson＇s disease （PD） make evidence-based treatment recommendations for the medical and surgical treatment of patients with Parkinson disease. The available evidence establish superiority of continuous dopaminergic stimulation in reducing levodopa-induced motor fluctuations and dyskinesia. Nonmotor symptoms （ sleep dysfunction, sensory symptoms, autonomic dysfunction, mood disorders, and cognitive abnormalities） in Parkinson disease are a major cause of morbidity. This evidence-based practice parameter evaluates treatment options for the nonmotor symptoms of PD. Deep brain stimulation of the STN may be considered to improve motor function and reduce off time,dyskinesia,and medication usage.
