我国廉租房PPP模式风险分担分析——基于马科维茨模型

摘要 本文通过对廉租房项目PPP模式的风险进行识别分析,采用马科维茨模型对廉租房项目PPP模式的风险分担进行量化分析,并结合行为经济学的相关理论,放宽模型的的约束条件,最后得出接近实际建设和应用的廉租房项目PPP模式风险分担模型。
