摘要
以无水乙醇为溶剂、正辛胺为原料,与丙烯酸甲酯和乙二胺接续反应,合成了一类新型低代超支化分子,并对其结构进行了表征。测定了该低代超支化分子的表面活性及在原油模拟乳液中不同的浓度和时间对破乳性能的影响。结果表明,该产品具有一定的表面活性,属非离子表面活性剂;同时表现出良好的破乳性,当其水溶液浓度为120mg·L-1,破乳时间为90min时,脱水率可高达85%。
At the solvent of absolute ethyl alcohol,a new type of low generation hyperbranched molecules is synthesized by the n-octylamine consecutive reaction with the methyl acrylate and the ethylenediamine as well the structure of it is characterized. Its surface activity and the influence of different concentration and time to the emulsion breaking performance in the crude oil simulation emulsion are investigated. The result shows that this product has a better surface activity,so it belongs to the non-ionic surface active agent; it also shows good emulsion breaking performance: when the concentration reaches 120 mg·L-1,and the emulsion breaking time is 90 min,the rate of dehydration could reach as high as 85 %.
