摘要
以教练员组织认同度为研究对象,运用问卷调查、数理统计法等方法,构建体育教练员组织认同度测评模型对教练员组织认同度进行量化评价,分析教练员组织认同特征,旨在为我国教练员人力资源管理与开发提供参考。主要研究结论:教练员组织认同是教练员主体对所在单位相关因素在情感上的认可程度。教练员组织认同度测评模型由单位制度、训练条件、薪酬福利、领导行为、个人地位、个人压力、单位文化等7个一级指标与31个二级指标组成,经测评,我国教练员组织认同整体得分不高,教练员对管理制度、训练制度、评聘制度与福利分配等维度的认同状况不理想,男性教练员组织认同度高于女性、年长者高于年轻者,职称高者高于职称低者。国家队、省优秀运动队教练员组织认同度较高,体育运动学校、业余体校教练员组织认同度较低。
Taking coaches organizational identification as the research object and using questionnaire method,statistical method,the paper builds the coach evaluation model of organizational identification in order to provide a reference for the coach's development.The main conclusion:organizational identification is the degree of emotion recognition of coach.Coach measurement model of organizational identification includes organization system,training conditions,salaries and benefits,leadership,personal status,personal pressure and unit culture.Coach organizational identification does not have a high score.Coaches of the management system,training system,Evaluation system and the welfare distribution are unsatisfactory.Organizational identification of male coaches is higher than that of the female.Organizational identification of the elder coach is higher than the young.The one of the higher title are higher than the ones of the lower title.And the score of national and provincial coaches are higher than that of the amateur sports school coaches.
