新型弯折偶极子RFID天线的小型化分析与设计 被引量:12

摘要 标签天线是RFID系统的关键部件,UHF频段RFID系统多采用偶极子天线及其变型型式,由于受RFID卡尺寸的限制,天线的小型化成为制约RFID技术发展的瓶颈之一。文章创新性地设计了一种最大理论读取距离为5.6m的新型弯折线偶极子RFID标签天线,尺寸仅为22.5mm×30.5mm×1.6mm,小于目前已出现的标签天线,其方向性及带宽性能良好,阻抗调节臂的引入使得天线与标签芯片的匹配变得更加方便。采用无通孔和短路结构的单层印刷电路板加工天线,其测试结果与仿真结果具有良好的一致性。 The tag antenna is a key component of RFID systems.Dipole antenna and its modification types are widely used in UHF band.As the reduction sizes of RFID cards,antenna miniaturization becomes one of the research focus.In this paper,a novel miniaturized meader-line dipole antenna with the theoretical detection distance up to 5.6m for UHF radio frequency identification(RFID) tags is presented.The small size is only 22.5mm × 30.5mm ×1.6mm.Good directivity and bandwidth performance are achieved.Introducing the impedance adjustable arms makes the matching between the antenna and microchip be more convenient.This antenna is fabricated using a single layer printed circuit board without any via-hole or shorting plate,the measured results are consistent with the simulated results.
