南水北调穿黄模型检测与控制自动化系统 被引量:5

An Automatic Measurement Control System Used in Model Concerned Lunnelling Through Yellow River for Diversion Project from South to North China

摘要 为了提高河工模型检测与控制自动化水平,采用机电式自动跟踪水位计及自行设计的异形板结构掺沙阀门,自适应PID算法和独特的控制流程,以每级流量时间为基础,设计出了一个集流量、掺砂、水位检测与控制为一体的全自动控制系统。系统水位控制精度达到0.1mm,能在7min左右使水位达到稳定。应用于南水北调穿黄河工模型后,各项指标均满足系统设计要求。 In order to raising automation of measurement and control of a river model, mechano electronic type auto track water level gages, a self designed sandfeeder valve with abnormality plate structure, a self adapting PID algorithm and a special control flow process chart were used in model test. On the basis of the time of every discharge grade, an automatic system which integrates the measurement and control of discharges, water levels and sand feeder was designed. The accuracy of water level controlled by this system may reach 0.1 mm and the time of stabilizing water level is about 7min.. The application of this system in a river model of tunnelling through Yellow river for the Diversion Project from South to North China demonstrated that every its index can fulfill the design requirements.
