摘要
建立"方证对应"数学模型是探讨方证对应证治规律的较好途径。方证对应是一个复杂系统问题,建立方证对应数学模型,必须与研究对象的特点和复杂程度匹配,并在模型的保真性和建模成本间取得平衡。选择具有适当规模和复杂程度、又有足够代表性的建模对象,实现符合临床实际要求的"证-方"定量关联的算法,这是目前方证对应模型研究要解决的2个关键问题。围绕这2个问题,选取《伤寒论》方证对应具体用例作为建模基础;选用一种分析复杂系统的有效数学工具层次分析法(AHP)作为建模工具,建立《伤寒论》方证耦合模型,可为系统探讨方证对应规律提供科学依据。
It is a better way to establish a mathematical model of formula-syndrome correspondence for investigating therapeutic laws.The formula-syndrome correspondence is a complex system.The mathematical model of formula-syndrome correspondence should be matched with the characteristics and complexity of the subject in the research,and balanced between the fidelity and cost of modeling.Currently two key problems should be resolved in the research,which are modeling subject with moderate scale,complexity and sufficient representativeness,and the algorithm of syndrome-formula quantitative association accorded with clinical demand.The paper selected the examples of formula-syndrome correspondence from Shanghanlun as the modeling basis centered on above two key problems.The coupling model of formula-syndrome correspondence was established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for analyzing complex system,which provided the scientific base for the study on formula-syndrome correspondence systematically.
