摘要
目的测定西北不同产地甘草中微量元素Mn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Cd的含量,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法采用火焰原子吸收法测定甘草中Mn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Cd的含量。结果西北地区甘草7种微量元素含量由高到低依次为Ca、Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn、Cu、Cd;不同产地甘草微量元素含量存在差异。秦安产甘草中含有Cd,其他产地均无。结论微量元素的含量对药材的质量评价与控制有一定的参考价值;秦安野生甘草含有Cd元素不宜药用。
Objective To determine the content of trace elements-Mn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn and Cd in Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae) from different places in northwest China,and to provide a reliable method for the scientific evaluation and effective control on the quality of Gancao.Method The content of Mn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn and Cd in Gancao were detected by using flame atomic absorption method.Result The order of the content of these trace elements in Cancao in northwest China,from high to low,was Ca,Fe,Zn,Mg,Mn,Cu and Cd.There was a difference in the content of these trace elements among Gancao produced from different places.Gancao produced in Qin'an contained Cd and Gancao produced other places had no Cd.Conclusion The content of trace elements has reference value in the quality evaluation and control of Gancao.The wild Gancao produced in Qin'an contains Cd so it is not suitable to be used as medicinal.
