摘要
通过线切割加工实验研究了热应力对工件的影响,然后从线切割加工原理和热传递的理论知识对热应力的产生过程进行了分析,最后,对慢走丝线切割的加工过程进行了热应力有限元分析。
This paper researches the influence of thermal stress to work pieces by slow-feeding wire-cut experiment.Then,analyze the process of thermal stress from wire-cut theory and heat transportation knowledge.At last,apply finite element analysis on thermal stress.
