摘要
分析了某轧管机组主机辊缝调整与轴支撑的同步处理方法,主要介绍其硬件组态、程序的设计与实现过程,此程序自行研制开发,使用效果理想,对于电机与油缸的同步控制有借鉴作用。
This paper analyzes the method of roll gap adjustment and shaft support synchronization,introduced the hardware configuration,program design and implementation process,we developed the program by ourselves,effect is pretty good,It can use as a reference for the Synchronization of the motor and the cylinder.
