摘要
分析了小口径高压锅炉管内壁断续直线状缺陷产生的原因、性质和危害性,认为该类缺陷宜称为"线性缺陷",应通过完善制管工艺加以控制。在目前无明确标准依据,也无有效检验方法的情况下,提出了"压扁+金相"的联合检验方法。实践表明,该方法简便、可靠,能有效检验线性缺陷,并对深度超过0.2 mm者给予不合格判定。
This paper analyzed the cause of discontinuous linear defects emerged in the inner surface of small-diameter boiler tubes;and the nature and harmful effects of the defects were also analyzed.It is believed that the defects should be defined as "linear defect",and be controlled through the improvement in the tube manufacturing process.At present,because of the lack of criteria and effective tests for the defects,a method integrated with the flattening test and the metallographic test was suggested.The test practice confirmed that the proposed method is simple,reliable and effective for the defects with the depth of no less than 0.2 mm.
