摘要
给水泵汽蚀通常发生在突然降负荷的暂态过程,对给水除氧系统进行暂态计算,是防止突然降负荷(尤其是满负荷下甩全负荷)的暂态过程中给水泵汽蚀的有效途径。以某在建1 000 MW工程为例,分析了除氧器水箱容积、除氧器与给水泵的相对标高、下水管管径等因素对给水泵汽蚀的影响,可为除氧器布置标高优化提供参考。
Since the cavitaion of feed pumps often occurs in the transient process of a sudden load reduction,it is an effective method to prevent the feed pump cavitation during the transient process of a sudden load reduction,especially a load rejection under full load with the transient calculation for a feed water deaerating system.Taking a 1 000 MW project under construction as the example,this paper discussed the influencing factors such as tank volume of the deaerator,relative elevation of the deaerator and the pump,diameter of the suction pipe,etc.,which provide theoretical basis for optimization of deaerator elevation in design of power plants.
